A Traditional Ecuadorian dish, It is a plate of fried pork with garlic.  Served with small  potatoes, and fried plantains.

 

Rabo Encendido (Cuban Dish)   24

This is a Cuban version of oxtail Stew a Creole based stew with a sharp peppery taste. Cooked with traditional Cuban herbs and spices, olive oil. Served white rice, yucca and fried plantains.
