Cream with homemade rice and vegetables. Black Mussels
Appetizer 18 A dozen New Zealand Green mussels served in a broth of cream,
garlic, in a chardonnay wine sauce. Caribbean Filet
Mignon Blackened Shrimp 32 Our special signature filet grilled to order….topped with
blackened shrimp with sautéed mushrooms in a cabernet cream sauce served with our
homemade rice and sautéed vegetables. Alaska Salmon and Scallops
30 Alaska Salmon and U-10 Scallops with parmesan cream sauce,
garlic, mashed potatoes in addition, sautéed
spinach. Alaska Salmon w/Santa Barbara Black Mussels 28 Sautéed with onions and garlic in Chardonnay cream sauce,
vegetables and homemade Bariloche rice. “Fritada” Fried Pork (Ecuadorian Dish) 25 A Traditional Ecuadorian dish, It is a
plate of fried pork with garlic. Served
with small potatoes, and fried plantains. Rabo Encendido (Cuban Dish) 24 This is a Cuban version of oxtail Stew a
Creole based stew with a sharp peppery taste. Cooked with traditional Cuban herbs and
spices, olive oil. Served white rice, yucca
and fried plantains.
