Appetizers

Ecuadorian Ceviche

    Shrimp cocktail marinated in lemon juice, orange juice, red onions, tomatoes

    and spices, served with homemade dinner rolls. 

Argentinean Sausage

    Lean pork sausage, sautéed with olive oil and red onions. Served with rustico

    bread and chimichurri sauce. 

Capaccio de Salmón

    Cured Salmon, over mixed greens with parmesan cheese and onions sautéed

    in olive oil.


Chicken al Chimichurri

    Tender chicken breast sautéed in our own chimichurri sauce. 
    Served with
rustico bread in a bed of mixed greens.

Brazilian Kale
 
  Brazilian style kale sautéed in olive oil and garlic topped with Pine nuts and feta.

Fresh chopped cabbage with sweet lemon dressing topped with radish slices.

 Pinto beans, onions, and cilantro in a vinegar dressing.

Garbanzo Bean Salad

 Garbanzos marinated in lemon and soy bean oil dressing with cilantro and

Garden Salad
Romaine and baby greens tossed in our lemon garlic vinaigrette. Topped with cabbage, pinto, and garbanzo beans.                                                     Small 9 and Large 12 

Classic Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce tossed in our homemade dressing. Topped with fresh grated

toasted pine nuts topped with feta cheese and red pepper vinaigrette

Lunch

Milanesa Sandwich
Breaded chicken, tomatoes, roasted bell peppers, 
Dijon mustard and herb sauce on rustico bread.                                                      
Turkey Torta Sandwich
Sauteed turkey with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions,
 mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on toasted rustico bread.                                      
Valparaiso Sandwich
Chicken breast sautéed in onions, roasted bell peppers, 
and herb sauce with Dijon mustard on rustico bread.                                              
Vegetarian Sandwich 
 Provolone cheese, Greek olives, tomatoes, lettuce,
 mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.                                                                                  
Raw Vegetables Sandwich
Zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, Greek olives, roasted red bell pepper, 
Dijon mustard, olive oil and spices.                                                                            
Empanada Special
Your choice of two empanadas and choice of salad. 

Dinner

Pastel de Choclo
Chilean style country dish layered with beef, chicken, onions, raisins, and spices.

Topped with a corn soufflé and served in a clay bowl. (Also available at lunch time)     
Lomo Saltado
Peruvian style dish;  strips of top sirloin marinated with red onions, tomatoes, garlic, and spices topped with homemade French fries. Served with sauteed vegetables and rice. Your choice of mild, medium or hot.                                                                        

Caribe Chicken or Tofu
Chicken breast pieces tossed in our Caribbean spices and blackened.

Topped with cilantro oil and served with sauteed vegetables and rice.

Mejicano Chicken or Tofu
Chicken breast marinated in our tomatillo sauce and then sauteed with tomatoes

and onions. Served with rice and black beans topped with feta cheese. Your choice

of mild, medium or hot.                                                                                                     

Shrimp Bariloche

6 Black tiger shrimp sauteed in lemon, garlic, and butter. Served with sauteed

 vegetables and rice.                                                                                                          

Fricassee De Pollo

Cuban style stew; chicken breast pieces marinated with onions, raisins, and olives

in a sweet tomato broth served with moros con cristianos (black beans and rice)

sauteed vegetables and plantains.                                                                                    

Atlantic Salmon
Brazilian style grilled salmon topped with Moceka sauce (coconut milk, lemon

and peppers). Served with sauteed vegetables and black beans &rice.                          

Filet Mignon

Grilled steak served with Yapingachos (Ecuadorian style potato patties) and

sauteed vegetables &1/2 a corn empanada.
